Mobile App Analytics and Advertising Measurement (iOS)

Effective September 28, 2026

With your permission through Apple’s tracking prompt, PocketPort uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Ads to understand app usage and measure which advertisements lead to app installs. Google may receive your app-instance identifier, Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA), device and app information, approximate location derived from masked IP addresses, and usage events such as first opens, sessions and engagement.

This information may be linked with information about your interactions with advertisements on other companies’ apps and websites to measure our advertising. We keep advertising personalization disabled. We do not send PocketPort account IDs, names, email addresses or order details to Firebase Analytics.

You can decline tracking and continue using PocketPort, or change your choice in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. When tracking permission is not granted, we keep Firebase Analytics collection disabled. Changing your choice does not automatically delete information previously collected by Google.
