Overview

PocketPort Rewards allows registered members to earn loyalty points through eligible purchases, daily check-ins, promotional activities, and other approved methods.

Points may be used to participate in reward drawings, redeem rewards, or access future loyalty features offered by PocketPort.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF RECEIVING ANY PARTICULAR REWARD.

PocketPort reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any rewards feature at any time.
Points and tier progress reset at the end of each calendar quarter (season). Monthly free draws expire at the end of each month.

Loyalty Points

  • Eligible purchases may earn loyalty points.

  • Daily check-ins may award random bonus points.

  • Promotional events may award additional points.

  • Points have no cash value.

  • Points may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

  • Points are promotional rewards only and are not property of the account holder.

PocketPort may remove or adjust points obtained through fraud, abuse, technical errors, chargebacks, account manipulation, or violations of these rules.

Reward Drawings

Members may use loyalty points to enter various reward drawing tiers.

Available rewards may include:

  • Common Packs

  • Premium Packs

  • Bundles

  • Bonus Loyalty Points

  • Points Back Rewards

  • Promotional Items

  • Other PocketPort-selected rewards

Reward names are descriptive categories only and do not guarantee any specific product, trading card, market value, resale value, pull rate, or outcome.

Rewards are determined randomly at the time of participation.

All results are final once awarded.

Points Back Rewards

Certain reward drawings may include Points Back rewards.

Points Back rewards return a portion or all of the loyalty points used for that participation.

Points Back rewards:

  • Have no cash value

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Cannot be exchanged for other forms of compensation

PocketPort may adjust, replace, or discontinue Points Back rewards at any time.

Loyalty Item Storage

Rewards won through PocketPort reward drawings are automatically stored within the member's Loyalty Items section.

PocketPort does not guarantee permanent storage of unclaimed rewards.

PocketPort reserves the right to establish expiration periods, storage limits, claim deadlines, or account requirements for stored rewards.

Unclaimed rewards may be forfeited if account requirements are not met or if PocketPort reasonably determines the reward has been abandoned.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Certain rewards may require payment of a shipping and handling fee before fulfillment.

PocketPort is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Delayed shipments

  • Lost shipments

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs delays

  • Delivery failures caused by the recipient

Shipping fees are non-refundable once fulfillment has begun.

PocketPort may substitute a similar reward if the originally awarded item becomes unavailable.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase is required to participate.

PocketPort reserves the right to establish reasonable limits, verification requirements, and anti-abuse measures for free participation requests.

A purchase does not improve the odds of receiving any specific reward.

Prohibited Conduct

PocketPort may suspend accounts, remove points, revoke rewards, or terminate participation for:

  • Multiple account abuse

  • Automated activity

  • Bot usage

  • Fraudulent behavior

  • Chargebacks

  • False information

  • Exploiting bugs or technical errors

  • Attempts to manipulate reward outcomes

All PocketPort decisions regarding eligibility and participation are final.

No Investment, Gambling, or Financial Representation

PocketPort Rewards is a promotional loyalty program.

Rewards are intended for entertainment and customer appreciation purposes only.

PocketPort makes no representation that any reward possesses a particular financial value, investment value, collectible value, or resale value.

Participants should not expect financial gain, profit, investment returns, or appreciation in value from any reward.

Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is sponsored solely by PocketPort.

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Google, Pokémon, Nintendo, PSA, CGC, BGS, Wix, Stripe, Square, or any other third-party platform or company.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, members agree that PocketPort shall not be liable for:

  • Technical failures

  • Software errors

  • Connectivity issues

  • Lost points

  • Delayed fulfillment

  • Shipping issues

  • Product availability changes

  • Market value fluctuations

  • Third-party platform interruptions

Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from or relating to PocketPort Rewards shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Nothing in these Rules shall limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection or promotional laws.
