Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. PocketPort is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, PocketPort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and contents.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

High-Value Orders

PocketPort may require signature confirmation for certain high-value orders at our discretion to ensure safe delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
