General Use

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use our services.

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities

  • Interfere with or disrupt the system

  • Attempt to exploit or abuse our services

Products & Sales

All products sold are final sale.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific card outcomes

  • Market value of items

  • Resale value or investment returns

All products, including mystery items, are sold as-is.

Pickup System

After purchase, a pickup code will be issued.

  • Codes are valid for 48 hours only

  • Customers are responsible for retrieving items on time

  • Expired codes will no longer be valid

Unclaimed Orders

If an order is not picked up within 48 hours:

  • The order will be marked as unclaimed

  • A refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity.

Machine & Fulfillment Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

  • Temporary vending machine malfunctions

  • Network or system delays

  • Inventory discrepancies

If an item is not dispensed properly, please contact us within 24 hours for support.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PocketPort shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

  • Dissatisfaction with product outcomes

All purchases are made at the customer’s own discretion and risk.

No Gambling / Entertainment Purpose

Our products are sold as collectible entertainment items only.

  • Purchases do not constitute gambling

  • No prize, odds, or guaranteed outcomes are promised

  • Value of contents may vary

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders

  • Refuse service

  • Block accounts

If we detect:

  • Refund abuse

  • Multiple claims of “not received”

  • Suspicious activity

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, design, and materials, is owned by PocketPort and may not be used without permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
