Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All products sold through our platform are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order is completed.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Preference dissatisfaction

Pickup Code Validity

After purchase, a pickup code will be generated and provided to the customer.

  • Pickup codes are valid for 48 hours only

  • Customers are responsible for retrieving their item within this timeframe

Unclaimed Orders

If the item is not picked up within 48 hours:

  • The pickup code will automatically expire

  • The order will be considered unclaimed

  • You could email us to generate a new pickup code

  • the payment of tcg products can not be refund

Refund may vary depending on certain circumstances.We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

Failed Pickup / Machine Issues

If you experience issues such as:

  • Machine malfunction

  • Item not dispensed

  • Invalid pickup code

Please contact us within 24 hours of the issue. After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
